Onsite and Remote Support

We are ideally located to attend to urgent issues that require an onsite presence. Our office is located at Five Dock in Sydney's inner west, so we are just 15 minutes from the CBD and able to access most locations around Sydney's greater metropolitan area within an hour.

All our engineers are highly mobile, spending at least half their time onsite at client's premises as part of our scheduled onsite support plans, or attending to various IT projects.

Of course, it's more efficient to handle many IT support issues remotely. We leverage the internet to utilise VPN links and our remote support utility to resolve urgent support issues promptly without the need for an onsite visit. We also utilise these technologies for our clients that have offices located out of Sydney or are travelling.
