"HelpMe" - Our Remote Support Utility

Our "HelpMe" remote support utility enables you to connect us to your computer so we can see exactly what you see, and use your mouse and keyboard, just as if we were sitting there beside you.

Download TeamViewer QuickSupport (for Macs)

It's a small (5.4 MB) executable file that should download in about 30 seconds on most ADSL internet connections. We recommend you save it on your desktop so you can easily find it again should you require it.

Once you've downloaded and run HelpMe, you can call us on (02) 9712-4888 to ask us to connect.

When you run the utility you will see a window like the one displayed to the right. After a few seconds it will display a unique ID which you will provide to our engineer (over the phone) to allow him to connect to your computer.


TeamViewer QuickSupport Technology

Our HelpMe utility utilises TeamViewer GmbH's Remote Access and Support technology - in particular their TeamViewer QuickSupport product.
