Intense Technology commenced trading in July 1990 with a focus on designing and implementing accounting and administration solutions for SMBs. We have evolved into a Managed Services Provider with a broad range of practical IT skills and knowledge and a track record for delivering cost-effective IT solutions.

All our staff have a minimum of 8 years experience in the ICT industry, with the average being 16 years.

Our office is located at Five Dock, NSW so it is central to the majority of the Sydney metropolitan area.

Our core services are IT infrastructure related, including consulting, design, implementation, administration and user support.

Most of our clients have 20-100 staff and they turn to us as their “IT Department”. In this capacity, we act not only as their source of IT support, but also as a trusted advisor for IT related matters and projects. As such, we are responsible for the design and implementation of all IT infrastructure for these clients.

We also have a number of larger clients with their own internal IT departments and we assist these clients with consulting, design and infrastructure projects, as well as helpdesk and onsite support services.

Regular and clear communication is a hallmark of our service. We actively monitor and manage over 100 servers for our clients and attend their offices each week or fortnight as part of our “Scheduled Onsite Support” plans.

Over the years we have also developed various software solutions including a Membership Administration package that we supplied to clubs and associations. Our software solutions include other web applications – including a specialized solution that we designed and developed and host for the benefit of an international finance company and airline.

Whilst software development is no longer a core service offering, this expertise has been leveraged to build a comprehensive web-based Client Information and Administration Solution (CIS) for Intense. The CIS solution has been vital in allowing company growth, without sacrificing customer service and accountability.
